When the site is up and running this section will (if everything goes as planned), provide a running commentary on the United Nations.
For starters, the UN's something like the Holy Roman Empire, which was neither holy, nor Roman, nor an empire. The UN has never been united, and its members could fairly be characterized as untied nations. At this writing, as the US squares away against Iraq and the UN like a Greek Chorus rails against the fates, the future seems exceeding dim ... stay tuned.
