My wife and I recently ventured into a mattress store and I went into sticker shock. I realized how you could easily spend a couple of thousand dollars on something I had taken for granted. So we marched out and wowed not to return till we had done serious research online. So what I learned: the key to mattress shopping is to do your research on the Web, visit stores to take a test-lie on the mattresses you like and then go back online to find the best prices.
