Tired of those terrible pop-up ads yet? Here are some things you can do about them.

INSTALL POP-UP KILLERS: There ae several free software programs you can download to take care of pop-up ads.
Some examples:
PopupStopper.net
WebWasher.com

DO THE KEYBOARD KIBOSH: If you are on a PC, hold down the Ctrl key and hit the W key every time you see a pop-up ad. If you are on a Mac, hold down the Apple key and hit the W key. You need to do this with every single popup window, but once you learn to do it fast, you will find it isn't so bad. Especially if you learn to use your left pinkie and middle finger <grin>.
